LW 16/1600 setup

I have an LW 16/1600 w/an AsanteTalk box connected. I want to do an initial setup, but when I go to system preferences-printer browser-print using and select the LW 16/1600 I get an error -50.

Any suggestions?

Also, can you remind me how to get the printer to print a 'sample page' (the page that tells the number of copies already printed).
